To ensure that your package is properly delivered and you receive shipment within the time frame we advertise, please make sure your address is fully entered and correct. Use correct abbreviations and have spaces inserted properly. If there is issues with verifying your address, customer service will contact you to try and resolve these issues. If after several attempts of contacting you, you do not respond, your order will be canceled and your money refunded to you.
Please note all shipping and billing addresses must match. Unfortunately at this time Kahmir Collection is not authorized to deliver packages that are different from your billing address. Both addresses should match what your bank has on file for you, if not your order will be cancelled and a refund will be issued to you.
Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you refuse any shipments from Kahmir Collections, you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund.
Once orders are placed they cannot be adjusted. This means once you submit payment for your order your no longer able to cancel or change your order. If there’s an emergency and you made a mistake while placing your order please contact our customer service ASAP, firstname.lastname@example.org and we will do our best to try to accommodate you.
If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it, you must contact the United States Postal Service directly. We DO NOT hold responsibility for packages that state delivered. Please note we do not have any direct affiliations with the postal service. If you have any issues with delayed shipment and/or tracking issues you must contact the postal service directly. Please note Kahmir Collections is here to help and we understand how frustrating misplaced packages can be so we will do our best to assist during this time but understand we are not responsible for the service of the post office.
For added insure and safe delivery of parcels. All orders require a signature at delivery. Once we provide you with tracking details you can use that to see when delivery will be scheduled to ensure your availability to receive your package.
Just a reminder that you will receive your order within, approximately 5 business days from the date that it is shipped out, not necessarily from the date that it is placed if you've chosen our standard shipping rate. This timeframe is only an estimate, shipments may be delayed by the carrier, for instance during rough weather conditions, and in those cases you are to contact them directly for updates. During holidays, busy mail seasons, high traffic sales, there may be a little delay with orders being processed/shipped. In these cases we will be sure to make announcements so that you will be fully aware.
After your payment is authorized and verified, it can still take a day to process your order. This is just an estimate, though, and doesn't include weekends or holidays. When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. If your order says delivered and you did not receive it, you must contact your local post office. We do not issue refunds for packages that state being delivered. You MUST be available to sign for your package. We offer USPS Priority Mail to most locations (domestic & internationally). Your shipping cost is displayed at point of checkout. International orders may be subjected to custom charges by your native country.
